SAUSAGE PATTY EGGS BENEDICT BY OHIOEGGS.COM

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 whole English muffins, split and toasted
  • 8 Foris Breakfast Sausage Patties
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 recipe of Hollandaise sauce
  • chopped parsley for garnish
  • salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • In a skillet, cook the sausage patties until browned and cooked through.
  • Prepare the Hollandaise sauce and keep warm. Link to Hollandaise sauce 
  • Poach the eggs.
  • Place the English muffin halves on a plate, place the sausage patty on each half and top with a poached egg. Drizzle each with the hollandaise sauce. Garnish with a sprinkling of chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
