We made a classic Bratwurst with Ohio raised Pork. Mixed with Mustard Powder, White Pepper, Mace and our own signature blend of spices. Perfect for your next cookout! 

Each package is 1 lb. and has 4 links. We hand make the sausages so the lengths and diameters of each sausage will vary.
